I’m also an amateur boxer with 2 years of competition experience and over 10 fights, giving me first-hand knowledge of what it takes to train, prepare, and perform in the ring. I’ve worked with clients across a wide range of goals, including weight loss, boxing fitness, self-defence, and fight preparation. Alongside 1-to-1 coaching, I’ve run boxing camps for charity fight events, helping participants safely develop their skills, conditioning, and confidence while preparing for competition. My coaching focuses on strong fundamentals, correct technique, conditioning, and mindset, with every session tailored to the individual’s ability and goals.
