    Pro Tip

A great card image might show: your training environment, you working with a client, or a dynamic fitness pose. Make it eye-catching!

    Writing Your Bio

Your bio is your chance to tell potential clients why they should work with you. A well-written bio can significantly increase your conversion rate.

    What to Include

    • Your background: Qualifications, certifications, experience
    • Your approach: Training philosophy and methodology
    • Who you help: Your ideal clients and their goals
    • Results: Achievements, client success stories
    • Personal touch: A bit about you as a person

    Example Bio Structure

"Hi, I'm [Name], a certified personal trainer with [X] years of experience helping [type of clients] achieve [goals].

My approach focuses on [methodology], because I believe [philosophy]. I specialise in [specific areas] and have helped clients [specific achievements].

When I'm not training, you'll find me [personal interests]. I can't wait to help you reach your fitness goals!"

    Warning

Avoid generic phrases like "I'm passionate about fitness." Instead, be specific: "I've helped 50+ clients lose over 500kg combined through sustainable nutrition and strength training."

List your professional certifications to build credibility:
